Green Light for Plus Danes £5.5m Warrington housing scheme
Plus Dane Housing and developer Mulbury have secured planning permission for £5.5 million development of 46 new “affordable” homes in Warrington.The scheme will redevelop a disused parcel of land on Hawthorne Street into homes aimed at local young families and first-time buyers taking their first step on the property ladder.The derelict 2.5-acre brownfield site will be transformed into a mix of two- and three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced houses.Lymm-based Mulbury is delivering the scheme on behalf of Plus Dane, which will make the properties available for shared ownership and rent to buy through their sales and lettings brand Homeshub.
